Shipping

 

I use the United States Postal Service to ship all items. If your item is lost or stolen in the mail, I will replace the whole order up to one time. No cash refunds for lost or stolen items while shipping unless I personally caused the issue (shipped the the wrong address, etc).


 

RETURNS/Exchanges

I get it, sometimes stuff changes, lets work together.

All items are meticulously handmade, so I do appreciate you being certain you want a piece before you purchase it.

If the piece is broken or unsatisfactory to you when arrives, I can offer a return of the the full price of the item within 30 days of purchase. If the item breaks at fault of the maker after that I can either replace it at materials cost, if it is the fault of wearer you can send it back and I can fix if for a fee plus shipping.

After 30 days if the item is not broken, Iā€™m unfortunately unable to offer a return. You may exchange your unworn pieces if you are unsatisfied after 30 days for another item of equal or lesser value.

If the item is a gift I will extend the full return period to 45 days.
